research, medical records analysis, fraud investigation.

DME/INE  Accompaniment……..$65/hour

Review of records, written observation report,
Travel time round trip, phone interview with client,
verbal supplemental report, exam observation, tape records
Minimum for accompaniment or no show  $200

Expert witness …………………$150/hour

Case analysis, other non testifying services
Locating expert witnesses - $60/hour….
Port to port transport, Deposition, affidavit, trial, declaration  $200/hour

Travel time and miscellaneous expenses as meals and hotel reimbursement required, as needed.
Providing health care investigation, medical/nursing research and legal support services
regarding health care issues of litigation.
